ContractorSuite can be used by plumbing, HVAC, electrical, roofing, landscaping, painting, cleaning, handyman, flooring, concrete, fencing, pressure washing, general contracting, and many other service trades.

Can I create professional estimates and invoices?

Yes. You can create detailed estimates and invoices with line items, taxes, discounts, terms, customer details, company information, and branding.

Is my company data kept separate from other businesses?

Yes. Each organization has its own account and business records. Customers, estimates, invoices, payments, settings, and reports are tied to that organization.

Can I cancel my subscription?

Yes. You can cancel your subscription according to the terms of your plan. Your billing page shows your current plan and subscription details.

Terms of Service

These Terms of Service govern your use of ContractorSuite, a BusinessesVault product. By creating an account, starting a free trial, purchasing a subscription, or using ContractorSuite, you agree to these Terms.

1. ContractorSuite Service

ContractorSuite provides business management software designed for contractors and service businesses. Features may include customer management, estimates, invoices, payment tracking, reporting, company branding, search, and other business tools.

We may improve, modify, add, or remove features from time to time as the service develops.

2. Account Registration

You must provide accurate and current information when creating an account. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your password and for activity that occurs through your account.

3. Free Trial

ContractorSuite may offer a 14-day free trial of the Professional plan. A valid payment method is required to begin the trial.

You will not be charged the monthly subscription price during the free trial period.

Unless you cancel before the trial ends, your subscription will automatically continue as a paid subscription at the price shown during checkout.

4. Subscription and Billing

ContractorSuite Professional is currently offered at $29 per month unless a different price is clearly displayed to you during checkout.

Subscriptions automatically renew each billing period until canceled.

Payments are processed by Stripe. ContractorSuite does not directly store your full payment card number.

5. Cancellation

You may manage or cancel your subscription through the billing portal available from your ContractorSuite account.

If you cancel during the free trial, your subscription will not convert to a paid monthly subscription.

6. Refunds

Subscription charges are generally non-refundable except where required by law or where BusinessesVault determines that a refund is appropriate.

7. Your Business Data

You retain responsibility for the business data you enter into ContractorSuite, including customer information, estimates, invoices, payment records, notes, company information, and uploaded content.

8. Acceptable Use

You may not use ContractorSuite to:

Violate applicable laws or regulations.
Access another user's account without authorization.
Introduce malware or harmful code.
Interfere with the security or operation of the service.
Facilitate fraud or other unlawful activity.

9. Estimates, Invoices, and Business Records

ContractorSuite provides tools that help you create estimates, invoices, reports, and other business records.

You are responsible for reviewing documents before sending them to customers and for determining whether they meet your business, accounting, tax, licensing, contractual, or legal requirements.

ContractorSuite does not provide legal, accounting, tax, or financial advice.

10. Availability and Backups

We work to keep ContractorSuite available and reliable, but uninterrupted or error-free service cannot be guaranteed.

11. Intellectual Property

ContractorSuite, BusinessesVault, their software, branding, designs, and related materials are owned by or licensed to BusinessesVault.

12. Disclaimer of Warranties

ContractorSuite is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis to the extent permitted by law.

13. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, BusinessesVault and ContractorSuite will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of or inability to use the service.

14. Account Suspension or Termination

We may suspend or terminate access where reasonably necessary to protect the service, other users, or BusinessesVault, or where these Terms are materially violated.

15. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. Updated Terms will be posted on this page with a revised effective date.
